Holcommer Criminal Asylum is a hell hole. If you have gotten yourself in here, then you're about to find out just what going through hell really means. To be sent to Holcommer you have to be one of the most depraved and vicious of all the monsters. The place is supposed to rehabilitate insane criminals so that they might eventually serve a normal, lessened sentence and be re-established into the community. But that will never happen. All the "patients" here are just stark raving mad, serial killers, kleptos, addicts, and the like. All of them are paranoid, all of them will watch you in your sleep. So, have fun trying to live for the night. Welcome to the free for all of Holcommer.

Weather- The air is just beginning to smell a bit...fresher. The slight taste of warmth is budding in the air, so you can throw off all the extra clothes now. As long as you don't go stripping outside at two a.m. you shouldn't get frostbite. Maybe.
